With an academic background focused on international business and tax practice (holding a Master 1 in Trilingual Business Law (Law and Foreign Languages – English and Spanish), including a year at Mc Gill University- Canada and a Master Degree in Corporate Law and Taxation (Aix Marseille), Louise Rambaud provides her clients with the technical expertise needed to ensure the success of their projects in a local or international environment, while maintaining fluid communication, availability and a practical understanding of their expectations.
Louise Rambaud has been a tax lawyer for around ten years, having worked in international tax law firms and then in regional tax law firms (notably as a partner).
With the creation of ATB Law, a firm dedicated primarily to tax law, Louise Rambaud brings her legal and tax expertise and operational experience to assist individuals and corporate businesses of all sizes and in all sectors.
Understanding the client’s needs, objectives, questions and background is a fundamental value of the firm.
At the same time, she is regularly a lecturer at Edhec and Ipag business schools in Nice and in law faculties.
She is also a regular speaker at various training courses for lawyers and legal professionals.
More specifically, Louise Rambaud defends the interests of a clientele of expatriates, entrepreneurs and corporate groups on all their tax issues.
She is also a member of the Association des Avocats Fiscalistes 06 and a director of the CGM06.

Prior to joining law firms, Aurore Bachelier also held positions of responsibility in the banking industry, where she served as Branch Manager, bringing her leadership in team management, operational risk management and the development of premium and professional customer portfolios.
Aurore Bachelier is renowned for her client-centric approach, seeking to understand the specific needs of each client to provide tailor-made legal advice. Her diverse experience enables her to bring a unique, strategic and innovative perspective to our clients at ATB Law.
